What we collect

We collect only what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, nationality or country of residence, indicated budget, investment objective and timeline, and any message content you submit through our enquiry forms, WhatsApp or telephone.

We also collect standard analytics data — pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, device and browser type — through Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking.

How we use it

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare property shortlists and cost breakdowns, arrange viewings or calls, and send you the guides or reports you requested. We use analytics data in aggregate to improve the site and measure advertising performance.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the developer or partner directly relevant to a property you have asked about, and with the service providers who host our website, email and CRM.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Google Ads). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains fully functional without them.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and are then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email info@metrolux.ae and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Enquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. No online transmission can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards.
